Peter Such Coaching Consultancy

Coming from a background of professional sport, Peter has played International Cricket for England and First Class Cricket for 3 counties throughout the course of a successful 20 year sporting career.

Background

Since retiring from professional cricket in 2001 Peter created, launched and successfully directed the Essex County Cricket Club Academy, (thus far the Academy has produced 1 International Cricketer, Alastair Cook, and 5 other County Cricketers) whilst also occupying the position of a Lead Tutor on the ECB Level IV elite coaching programme. He has used this experience to excellent effect when providing specialist coaching for the England Under-17 and Under-19 Squads.

Producing Elite Performances... Peter's approach is to draw on the parallels between business and sport in building skills that produce elite performances, both at an individual and team level. This coaching philosophy is based on two pillars, experience as an elite sportsman and a track record as an elite coach.
